The iPhone Xs Max was released in 2018 along side the iPhone Xs and XR. The iPhone Xs Max featured a bump in price to $1099 for the base model and according to ZDNet, the iPhone Xs Max was number 4 of the best selling smartphones of 2018. Many believe that it is because the Apple did not introduce a huge new feature was the iPhone Xs Max as it featured many of the same features as the iPhone X. This includes the lack of a home button, FaceID, and a glass body. With the iPhone Xs Max being made of glass now it makes it that much more fragile and susceptible to breakage when dropped, so consumers are urged to extra careful when handling their devices.  Apple also decided to include the dual camera set up on the iPhone Xs Max much like it had on the iPhone X. Some models of iPhone Xs Max are still covered under the one year manufacturer warranty.
